notes from
the MUCK . . .

How does your garden grow? With muck, muck and more muck! I spent much of today finishing the final muck box and then shifting muck from one box to the next. The first box, which the Big Lad is enthusiastically pointing out, has been rotting down for two years now and once we’d removed the top quarter of unrotted material, we found we’d hit the pay dirt.

NFTM's Where Are They Now?

Speaking of Billy Idol, I have to say that watching (and rewatching) the Cradle of Love video was one of the most erotic experience of my adolescence. Now it's time for us to ask, "what ever happened to that dangerously sexy girl with the innocent features and not so innocent moves?"

According to IMDB, Betsy Lynn "oops I spilled red wine on my little white shirt and now I'll have to take it off, arouse overwhelming feelings of desire in this awkward nerd man, and prance around his house in my black bra" George has had a stellar career. We all know her most recent work (nine years ago) as Lily in Petticoat Planet, but how did she start her career?

Yeah, I'm just not going to research that. However, I did learn that her first big screen role was an Oscar-snubbed performance as "Girl at Party" in Point Break. 100% pure adrenaline, indeed.

Poor girl wanted to be an actress and ended up getting stuck in an exploitative career, forever engrained in the minds of all horny MTV viewers in the early 90s as that girl in the Billy Idol video. You know, the sad thing is she's really not very cute.

Here's to you, Betsy Lynn George. I, for one, owe you a lot.
